Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LogStitch you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Service Description
LogStitch provides an audit log ingestion, storage, and querying platform delivered as a hosted API and embeddable viewer component. You send structured event data to our API and your end users can view their own activity through our viewer.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
API Usage & Limits
You agree to use the API in accordance with our documentation and within the rate limits and quotas applicable to your plan. You must not abuse the API, attempt to circumvent limits, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Free Tier
The free tier includes up to 1,000 events per day per project with a 7-day retention period. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with reasonable notice. Exceeding the daily event limit will result in rejected requests (HTTP 429) until the next day.
Intellectual Property
LogStitch and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LogStitch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you send to our API. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogStitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
